Birthday party 2022

 

 

atelier noir celebrated its first birthday with a special culinary experience

We were – accompanied by our creative photographer Mauro Moschetta – in the wonderful KochRaum from Sabrina Cipolla introduced to the art of “haute cuisine” and, under her expert guidance, were allowed to serve food on plates instead of volumes on plan perimeters!

Christmas presents 2022

 

 

This year's little gift for atelier noir's customers and partners consists, in addition to the ingredients revealed in the recipe below, of probably the most valuable addition: the love and dedication which we hope you can also feel and recognize in our projects!

Sabrina Cipolla was so kind to give us the opportunity to bake the black cantuccini in her KochRaum - a slightly stickier affair than commission meetings! This was also captured in static and moving form by Mauro Moschetta: on ours“social media” channels there will be more to discover soon!
