atelier noir has the opportunity to plan and oversee the development of a property in Turbenthal, Zurich, which includes a protected shed and washhouse belonging to an extended castle complex.
 

The project envisions a semi-public commercial space on the ground floor of the shed, and a maisonette apartment in the washhouse with a living and dining area as well as a garden seating area on the ground floor. The upper floor will feature a shared sleeping level spanning both buildings, with three rooms including en-suite bathrooms.
