Various projects are currently under realization, and here we would like to show the poetic side of the properties – or, as we call it, the »danse de la démolition«!
 

In particular, the numerous heritage-listed buildings and/or those located in core zones – one of the main focuses of atelier noir – offer a very unique quality. These are the painful phases in which one empathizes with the building stripped back to its very core, phases that repeatedly remind all project participants of how much potential exists and, often, how valuable the original structure was in its design – a design not yet diluted by the passing years and subsequent alterations.
